Grief

Grief teaches us that death and loss are entirely out of our control. While we cannot control what is causing our suffering, we can control our response. One practical way to cope with grief is to cultivate gratitude. Intentionally looking for God’s goodness helps us see God’s work around us, especially when life’s circumstances are most challenging. Gratitude ushers in a supernatural peace that only God can give, deepening our faith and shaping how we grieve.
