Nothing is Hidden from God Learn 7 Powerful Ways Now

Are you aware nothing is hidden from God? Have you ever thought said or done something and you say to yourself what I’m thinking or doing is Ok because no one will ever find out about this? I will be the only one who knows right? Guess again because the creator of the universe knows and sees ALL things. Nothing is hidden from God. We learn this in Hebrews 13.

And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed, to the eyes of him, to whom, we must give account. Hebrews 4:13

Yep, even the ones that you may think are hidden from everyone else God knows. As a matter of fact, God knows more about you than you know about yourself.

To put it another way, that thing you’re hiding and thinking about, God knew it before you thought it. Let’s NOT leave out the one where you look at someone of the opposite sex as more than just a passerby.

For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. Luke 8:17

Do You know Nothing is hidden from God?

IS IT

• Pornography?
• Gambling?
• Drug or Alcohol Addiction?
• Sexual Immorality?
• Abuse?
• Cursing?

This list can go on and on but nothing whatsoever is hidden from God.

How Can You Be Set Free From Thoughts That Plague Your Mind?

The thing you must understand and grasp is that you don’t have to stay in bondage to these things. God sent his Son to take your place as an ultimate sacrifice for you to be set FREE.

It’s important to realize maybe others do not know what goes on in our private lives but God does. He sees everything you do hears everything you say and records everything you think.

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” Hebrews 4:12

When you think about these things do your hidden thoughts and actions embarrass and shame you? Especially knowing nothing is hidden from God?

I don’t know about you but some of the hidden thoughts that go through my mind are NOT very Christ-like all the time.

One was during Church service this very morning and I had to ask God right then and there to guard my mind and protect my heart from this way of thinking.

I know it’s NOT right but somehow these things whisper in my mind even though I don’t want them to.

Confess and repent

I let my current situation with my hearing loss and what I use to be able to do in my past collide at times.

I allow what I have lost to consume my thoughts and heart in weak moments.

You see I feel less than because I can’t do the same things I use to be able to do. I let weakness tiptoe its way in and allow jealousy to take over.

I try with all that is within me to push the negative thoughts away however at times I’m helpless to do so. How wrong is that? Shame on me! I forget all about the eternal perspective on hearing loss.

Accept It

I love music and singing and yet the very thing I loved most was taken from me. Some days, it’s even a struggle to carry on a conversation due to the fact that I have such a drastic decline in hearing.

Then I’m left observing the Worship Team singing Praises to God and at times I will find myself doubting God’s goodness for me.

Why did God have to take that from me? What did I do so wrong that I am being punished for?

God Has a Bigger Plan

I often got told by others that I am an encourager with words. When I would do posts of inspiration on my personal Facebook page I would always get wonderful feedback.

I prayed for God’s direction for my life and got confirmation, and the rest is history, as they say.

My resounding His Love Ministries

One thing I have come to know without a doubt in my mind is that God is patient, loving, kind, and understanding.

He knows the real me and yet he loves me anyway and he also knows the real you and loves you just as much.

God knows what’s in my heart and the motives behind them and he still loves me anyway he knows your heart and motives and yet he loves you just as much.

My heart may be in the right place but I find myself failing miserably. Do you find yourself failing like me?

There Is Nothing hidden that will not be revealed

God Knows What We Need to Change and Uses His Word to do It.

It seems to come at the right moment exactly when we need to hear it doesn’t it? It can be through a sermon a friend or reading God’s word for ourselves. God will be there for any of us, in our times of need, if we just cry out to him for help.

Acknowledge our Sin and God will be merciful to us. For God shows no partiality. Romans 2:1

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

Jesus Christ bore the wrath that all humans deserve. You can’t be released from the bondage that holds you captive in your own strength. The truth is Jesus is your refuge and strength.

We know that our old self was crucified with him, in order that the body of sin, might be brought to nothing so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. Romans 6:6

ask your pastor or life group leader for help and direction

Let them help hold you accountable, for whatever secret sin or hidden sin you are trying to break free from.

When you get up each morning let the first thing you do is ask God to guide your steps…for nothing is impossible for God! He will direct you in the way you should go.

Ask God to reveal to you any known Sin or unknown Sin that you may have in your heart. With God’s help, you can overcome what holds you captive. Confess your secret sin to God today.

God knows the “REAL YOU!” God is omniscient (all-knowing). Confess what’s on your heart and soul to Him because it shows that you trust Him, he already knows anyway. Why? Nothing is hidden from God. Remember, there is no such thing as a secret sin to God. Have a one-on-one with God and give your fears, pain, and desires over to him! The more you reveal to Him the more God will reveal to you.
