One of the biggest lies from Satan is that God doesn’t love us, isn’t it? Nothing is farther from the truth. There is no greater love than this than to lay down one’s life. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13. Sweet friend, let’s look at the bible verses about God’s love for us.

Did you know that before you were even born, God knew you? According to the word of God, He chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.
To put it another way, first and foremost, even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes and there is no greater love than this.
Proof of God’s Love
Secondly, God proved how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.
This is real love, and there is no greater love than this, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
Agape is sometimes referred to in modern times as universal love, charity, or even altruism. Essentially, it’s the love inside us that we give freely to others—regardless of our relationship with them.
The whole idea of agape love is that we don’t need to even have met the other person before, but we still want to help them, cooperate with them, or do good deeds towards them.
In today’s world, there are numerous definitions of love, but most commonly love is viewed in a romantic way.
However, there is a much deeper expression of love that can ONLY be obtained in a relationship with God and salvation through Jesus Christ.
“Agape love” is love at the highest level. It’s so much more than our human eyes will see this side of eternity. Again, there is no greater love than this.
What Does the Bible Say About God’s Love
God’s love is perfect, faithful, unconditional, forgiving, all-encompassing, pure, lasting, sacrificial, strong, enduring, refreshing, redeeming, everlasting, lavish, full, inspiring, hope-filled, gracious, and so much more.
It’s never based on us, our abilities, or striving to ever be good enough. When we can grasp the concept of knowing who we are in Christ…It’s life-changing!
It’s found in Him, His character, and a huge capacity to give. It knows no boundaries and has no limits. There’s no place too deep that His love can’t reach us still.
You and I should strive for ways to love like God does others. Have you wondered what does the bible really say about love? The bible actually has a lot to say. Let’s dive into 50 bible verses about God’s love.

I’m sharing this story because of NO MATTER WHAT we do or how far we think we are from God, He NEVER stops loving us.
The truth of the matter is as humans we are weak and the great thing for you and I is God uses the weak and broken parts of our story to share how His love for us remains faithful and steadfast.
