In God’s word, Bible verses about courage are often described as having boldness or confidence. Throughout the entire Bible, God also commands you and I to fear not and to be of good cheer and have courage in our life. In all honesty, however, you and I often doubt our own strength to be courageous in many areas. That being said we can turn to scriptures for all the courage needed for boldness and confidence.

In all honesty, with God guiding our direction you and I can live a life full of determination to have courage NOT fear. It is God that commands us to have courage, and what that simply means is having faith and confidence in Him. Throughout God’s scripture, we can find the courage that God desires for you and I to have to show bravery in the face of adversity.
Then they will deliver you to tribulation and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. Matthew 24:9
I often wonder how the apostles had the courage to speak with boldness As born again followers of Jesus Christ we’ve received the Holy Spirit within us too. I also know they received numerous threats and were persecuted. Just as the apostles had to choose between obeying God and obeying man, we must decide as well.
In today’s world, we must cling to hope. Fortunately, there are countless Bible verses about courage that can integrate into our lives. It’s essential that we remain steadfast when hard times hit, never give up, and rely on God to see us through whatever challenges we face.
